I don't know if this would ever make the front page of the PostSecret website, but it's making the front page of mine. A few minutes to spare in Photoshop and a reoccurring thought is all I needed to create this.

I'm confused and tech challenged. How did you do a photoshop job like that? You cut a photo of you up and turned it black n white then added text? If that isn't you then he stole your chin and finger!! And you left a spam comment slip in there slacker.

The title - "Shh, It's A Secret". It means just that. It's a secret. Therefore I can't answer any questions. ;)
Trust me, a Photoshop wiz I am not. I literally only know a how to do a few basic things like that in such a massive program. So you aren't alone in being tech dumfounded there, I am too when it comes to graphic design. That would also be the reason why I have yet to redesign my site.
By the way, I can't help but find it a little scary that you know my finger so well, well enough to identify it? Hmm, what does that say about our friendship? Eeek. Ha-ha.

Very cute David but I think you always had a talent for writing and maybe the extra inspiration just enhanced it.
Your graphic design challenged? LOL Most people are. Why don't you ask someone to help you "spoof" up your site a bit. I know someone who might help you if you ask. :)
I've pitched the idea to a professional web designer about designing my site. I don't know, I would kind of like to do it myself - sort of a self project I could learn from and be proud of accomplishing...or hide my head in shame over. Time will tell.

Jen, it's not talent. It's inspiration. Inspiration is what brings out those little hidden things in you that you didn't know existed until someone helps you discover them (whether on purpose or by accident).

Very nice! I love photoshop and could show ya all kinds of stuff but thats the geeky designer in me. Thank god I get paid to do this stuff right!
And honestly, aside from trying to find passion in life, I try to always find inspiration. Inspiration in art mainly but in life generally. To be inspired is a true gift and I envy those that stumble across it so easily.
Side note: Lifegaurded many years ago as well. Had a couple of near-death accidents. It was the most relaxing yet anxiety filled two summers of my life. But boy was I tan. Looking at boys hot bums didn't hurt either ;)
writing does need a talent besides inspiration, that's what i think of, like what jen said even though inspiration [for me] is the most important to begin
